Rebecca Pendley

Rebecca Pendley interned with Historical Concepts in 2007 and joined the firm in 2008, after receiving her degree in architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Rebecca’s focus at the firm has been on custom residential design and the renovation of historic properties, mainly with the New York studio team. Although most of Rebecca’s attention in recent years has been raising her 5 young children, she continues to come alongside her studio team to support them however she can. From initial SketchUp concept models to final Construction Document redlines, Rebecca is grateful to plug into a variety of projects throughout the design process. Rebecca credits her parents; her mother is an artist, and her father is a civil engineer who “loves working with his hands,” for her interest in architecture; she believes the two professions are brought together in creating buildings and great places.
