Katherina Zdravkov

Katherina Zdravkov first became interested in architecture at the age of ten, influenced by her father’s work in civil engineering and her fascination with drawing and designing space. This interest grew alongside her love of art and math, and she came to recognize the study of culture as a pillar of well-contextualized architecture. Before joining Historical Concepts in 2023, she attended Notre Dame’s School of Architecture for her bachelor’s degree, earning a supplemental Italian Studies major and a Real Estate minor. The program’s classical teachings and emphasis on urbanism and vernacular design’s role in place-making attracted her to Historical Concepts, where she can share these passions and collaborate in the creation of home and place for each client. In addition to designing, Katherina takes great joy in studying languages such as Bulgarian, Spanish, and Italian. In her free time, she sketches, runs on the Beltline, and explores Atlanta. Katherina is a LEED® Green Associate™ and a CNU Accredited Member.
