Andrew Seago

Andrew Seago acquired an early appreciation of Middle Tennessee’s charming vernacular buildings thanks to his parents and teachers’ insistence that beauty was an essential component of education. His love of classical architecture evolved during a school trip to the Parthenon in Nashville, and he has been pursuing that passion since.

Andrew joined the firm in 2020 upon receiving his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame. While in school, his project with future wife and fellow Historical Concepts team member, Madeline, for a Seville, Spain master plan won a New Urban Guild award at the 27th Congress for New Urbanism. He is also the recipient of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art’s 2021 Philip Trammell Shutze Student/Emerging Professional award. Andrew’s degree concentration in Furniture Design with a minor in Classics influences his pastimes as well as his career. He enjoys building furniture, sketching, and curating a home library with his wife and daughter.
