Developed by Crescent Resources, Oldfield is a private club community situated between Savannah and Beaufort in the South Carolina Lowcountry. Nestled in a horseshoe bend in the Okatie River, the 860 acre site offers 563 home sites of varying sizes and types and features traditional southern architecture. The natural beauty of the site is complemented by a range of community amenities and activities, including golf, tennis, swimming, equestrian activities, fishing, hiking and other outdoor pursuits.
